Animals suffer greatly during wars—they become homeless, injured, and abandoned. Their suffering often goes unnoticed, even though they are just as innocent as human victims. Defending animal rights in times of war means standing up for compassion and responsibility.

You will meet organizations that help animals in war zones - pets, animals from farms and zoos. Topics include rescue operations, international cooperation, and the role of animals in society during and after war. You will have the opportunity to learn more and show your support for animals in need! Meet volunteers, experts, and activists. We would like to increase your awareness about how animals are protected in war zones in Ukraine and what you can do to help.
