Security and defense are no longer defined by stability—they are shaped by constant disruption, hybrid threats, and rapidly shifting risk landscapes. In this environment, siloed systems and slow decision-making are no longer sustainable.

To stay ahead, organizations must be able to act on data in real time, collaborate across domains, and adopt new, faster ways of working. This session explores how defense and public sector actors can move from fragmented structures to integrated, data-driven operations, drawing on lessons from NATO and national security environments. We will highlight practical lessons learned and discuss how to build secure, adaptive and resilient digital capabilities—leveraging modern cloud technologies while meeting the highest security requirements.
